Twitch started out as a live-streaming home for gamers, but other creative pursuits are elbowing their way in. Emily Anderson talks to a chef who's captivating a new audience.

The Amazon-owned streaming giant Twitch continues to break records for hours watched. But this time, it’s not Fortnite stealing the show.

From artists, to comedians, to cooks – non-gamers have been taking to the platform to share their talents and everyday lives.

Maurizio Luongo is a Melbourne-based chef who found his own niche community on Twitch.

Emily Anderson caught up with Maurizio to discuss his live streaming success and the work he does raising money for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
