Spending a Friday evening sharing supper with people who share different views to you, intending to have an open and civil discussion, might sound farfetched in today’s political landscape.

However, people from all sections of society gather at the Heidelberg Scots Uniting Church’s cafe in Melbourne’s northeast on the last Friday of every month to talk about topics that have ranged from national socialism to meeting members of the trans community.
